Our Classes

Discovery Level 1 Class

This gentle yoga class emphasises good alignment, mindful movement, and body awareness. Suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or practitioners returning after a break. Modifications are provided throughout and props are available to assist where needed.

We will cover breath awareness, synchronising breath with movement, and moving with balance and steadiness.

The class will start with a short guided mindfulness meditation and close with a long relaxation to ensure you leave the class fully refreshed and ready to continue with your day.

Discovery is the first level in the Knoff Yoga system of progressive development.

Foundation Level 2 Class

This class builds on the foundational principles of asana practice while introducing more challenging poses and sequences. The emphasis is on controlled movement, longer holds and refined alignment awareness. Students should be familiar with basic poses and breath work.

We will cover subtle elements of yoga such as Bandha engagement and an introduction to mudras.

The class will start with a guided body breath meditation and ujjayi breathing. If you are not familiar with any of these terms, full guidance will be given.

Modifications are provided throughout, as well as more advanced options.

Foundation is the second level in the Knoff Yoga system of progressive development.

Sunday Yin and Restorative

This nurturing practice combines yin and restorative yoga to promote deep relaxation, myofascial release and nervous system regulation. The extended holds allow for profound release and healing in body and mind.

The class starts with a settling practice of Constructive rest and a focused breathing practice, continuing with gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for longer holds.

The Yin sequence follows with soothing forward folds, a hip and spine series and gentle backbends. We then move into the Restorative part of the class with supported body opening, gentle inversions and deep rest.

The class concludes with a long supported Savasana to enable the body to absorb the effects of the practice at a cellular level promoting healing, cellular repair and full relaxation.

Most people say that the two hours fly by and the class is an enjoyable respite from their daily concerns and worries.

You will return to your normal life with profound sense of release and lightness in body and mind.

Private Classes

Private sessions are available either individual or with a friend.

Working on a one to one basis, we can focus specifically on what’s most important to you. This might be learning the basics of yoga before joining a class, learning new techniques, improving balance, or mastering a difficult pose.

These sessions are a good option if you are dealing with an injury, recovering from surgery or have a condition that makes it harder for you to be in a group class.

We will start by creating a personalised plan based on what you want to achieve and tailor the plan as we work together.

Single Class Pass $20, valid for one week

5 Class Pass $90 $18 per class, valid for 2 months from date of purchase

Sunday Yin and Restorative extended class is $40 per person

Class passes purchased mid-term can be carried over into following term. The expiry date calculation will suspend at the end of a term and recommence at the start of the following term.

Class passes are not valid for Extended classes or Workshops.

Private classes - $80 for a one hour, one-off session or $60 per session when you book for 3 or more sessions.

Student/Teen Discounts available - includes mat hire. Student discounts apply to FULL-TIME students only. A student ID must be shown at time of purchase.  Contact Rachel for more information.
